Jason Pilon - Partner / Sales Representative

The Ottawa native spent 15 years developing his entrepreneurial skills by building a retail and internet company. His perseverance, determination and keen business instinct assisted him in creating a thriving, competitive business in the Ottawa market. After several successful years in business Jason began buying investment properties. This sparked an interest in real estate that has become a passion. Jason also stays active in his community by being a dedicated football coach for the Cumberland Panthers organization for the last 8 years. Although an accomplished businessman and respected football coach Jason’s greatest passion is his family.  He has been married to his wife Tracy since 2000 and is a father to Dylan and Emily and Grace. Having this combined experience makes Jason a huge asset to the real estate market in Ottawa. It has molded him into an enthusiastic, organized businessman who is well respected within the community and knows how to satisfy the diverse needs of his clients!

  
 
Leam Hamilton - Partner / Sales Representative 

Following 11 years in the customer service and recovery field working for Air Canada, Leam decided to branch off into the Real Estate world.  Success came quickly, within the first year he found himself amongst the top agents within the Keller Williams Ottawa office.  Leam is never short on enthusiasm and his feverish desire to please his clients, keep him on top of his game.  Leam grew up predominantly in the Orleans area with his parents (Kevin and Kathy), his brother Shane and sister Shawna.  Strong family values are at the core of what makes Leam tick.  He has an immense appreciation for any and all circumstances and is always searching for the best solutions for each situation. This instinctive behaviour of putting others first makes him a natural fit in the Real Estate world and has certainly contributed to his success to this point.  Leam constantly draws on his 11 years of experience where there was an emphasis placed on conflict resolution and negotiating tactics.  These two strengths allowed for a smooth and successful transition from one career to the other.

Lori Briard - Client Care Manager 

Lori comes to the PilonHamilton Team as a graduate of Algonquin college business program and has gained over 10 years experience in the real estate industry. Lori has touched on every administrative aspect of this business and therefore has a well developed understanding of client care & service. Lori’s goal is to ensure your listing or buying experience is as enjoyable and stress-free as possible. After 15 years as a military wife and mother Lori understands the personal side of buying and selling homes, her easy-going yet professional approach will certainly be a welcome addition to the PilonHamilton team.



  
Nancy McDougall - Sales Representative

This energetic Orleans native brings endless energy and personality to the PilonHamilton team. Nancy’s unmatched passion for success, business expertise, and eagerness to learn, stems from her education and high level of involvement throughout her years at the Telfer School of Management at the University of Ottawa. These attributes are directly reflected in each and every one of her client interactions. Her strong work ethic and analytical skills can be attributed to her years of experience in corporate marketing and customer service, equipping her with the tools to make every real estate transaction a successful one.Growing up in Ottawa has given Nancy first hand knowledge of what the city has to offer in terms of education, recreation and community life in surrounding neighbourhoods. Her feverish energy, addictive smile and professional demeanor convincingly set her apart from the rest. Maleeha brings a fresh, new, energetic face to the real estate industry. Maleeha's keen judgement and know-how, along with her excellent communication skills, make her a genuine asset to the real estate community.  She does her work with passion, sincerity and always with a smile. When Maleeha is not busy fulfilling her clients’ needs, she likes to spend quality time with her family: husband of 13 years Mike, and their two daughters, Mikeala and Maya, ages 10 and 7. Her dedication and commitment to her family transcends into her professional life as a real estate representative. Having bought several of her own rental properties in the recent years, she understands the growing demands of the global market and realizes each client is an individual with specific needs all their own. Steve Carriere - Sales Representative 
With several years experience as a mortgage broker in the Ottawa market, Steve brings a unique perspective to the PilonHamilton Team.  Steve has a strong understanding of the financial undercurrents that back the real estate market, and provides his clients with invaluable advice regarding both their financing and real estate needs.  His passion and proven track record for excellent customer service in the mortgage industry led to a smooth expansion of his services as a real estate representative with the PilonHamilton Team.  Steve has lived in Canada’s capital for nearly 30 years and having worked in the logistics industry prior to becoming a mortgage broker, has excellent knowledge of the Ottawa area.  Combining his expertise in the mortgage industry and the real estate market with his dedication to his clients, Steve has helped many people to afford and find the home of their dreams.  Married to his wife Crista for almost 4 years, they have a daughter Avery (2) and are expecting their second child any day now!  We are very happy to have Steve as part of the team.
